Our leadership development workshop is geared towards new managers who are making the transition out of being individual contributors and learning how to lead and manage teams for the first time.

As a business owner or executive, it is paramount to set your managers up for success, as they serve as the bridge between you and your employees. Teaching them how to prioritize tasks, delegate work, and champion their direct reports will not only allow them to be more productive in their own roles, but will enhance your organization’s overall productivity, profitability, and promote a collaborative and unified culture.

Workshop objectives are focused on providing participants with the following skills:

  • The ability to shift their perspective in order to hold themselves personally accountable in showing up as a reliable and effective leader.
  • Developing their delegation skills and enforcing them with their direct reports as well as gaining confidence in making key decisions on behalf of their teams.
  • A clear understanding of how and why to provide proper feedback and how to ask for and receive feedback to better support their teams and enhance their effectiveness as leaders.
  • Handling crucial conversations within the workplace and taking initiative in obtaining the necessary support to address difficult situations within their teams. 

Workshop Format and Agenda

As opposed to traditional trainings, our workshop is highly interactive, with the majority of sessions being comprised of role play exercises, individual reflections, group coaching, and personalized worksheets and action plans. Participants also complete a pre-workshop assessment that provides us with context on their current proficiency in various leadership skills. This information is provided to participants at the beginning of the training and is utilized to measure their engagement during the training as well as their growth and development post-workshop.
